Speaker Profile

Emma achieved business success with her first start-up, Diva Cosmetics, turning over more than £1m in its first year, with impressive profit margins. Less than 3 years later this turnover rocketed to £2.8m and all because of her famous 7 Business Disciplines! Her success started when she noticed a gap in the market in 2000 for fashionable make-up in clothing stores. Diva went on to supply in-house lines for the majority of high street names! Emma's experiences with Diva Cosmetics has given her financial freedom and as a serial entrepreneur she is now able to enjoy business life in many fulfilling ways.

Emma is a Motivational Business Speaker and Mentor. She is passionate about business! Through the course of her work, whether that's reaching masses of people through public speaking or 1:1/small team mentoring, Emma knows her expertise makes such a difference to people's performance and the bottom line. She has worked with many entrepreneurs to transform their businesses from a mediocre performance to an exceptional one. She acts as a catalyst for unleashing multiple ideas for new business ventures.

Emma's mentoring style is upbeat, high-energy and empowering! She gets right to the heart of the issues affecting your business, You can listen to her speak at Entrepreneur School this Wednesday 5th of August at The Shire Hall, Chelmsford where we are sure you will leave with a notebook packed with useful ideas. In fact, you'll leave feeling empowered and ready to take your business to the next level with doable strategies that really work, renewed passion and focus and the skills to ensure you survive and drive your venture forward.
