We at JPR Mortgages are a family run business started in 1992, which has evolved from several years at Barclays Bank to IFA and specialists in the mortgage market both residential and commercial.
Finance was always the key to sales because if we have a good product to sell then the demand will always be high and all we have to do is show customers how they can comfortably afford the products and close the sale. I do not believe that I am over simplifying the process because we need only ask ourselves if the price were a £1 wouldn't everyone buy?

I quickly realised that there was much more to business than just being able to close a sale and so with this in mind I decided at the ripe old age of 32 and with four young children a full time job and a very substantial mortgage to go back into education. A full time degree was out of the question so I opted for a day and several evenings each week and set about studying for a degree in business studies. The next few years were among the happiest of my life even though the work load was enormous and separating my time between my family, my job and my studies left no time for anything else. Six years later I qualified with a first in business studies and joined Barclays where I stayed for the next few years until branching out as an independent adviser.

JPR Mortgages was formed and has proved to be an excellent vehicle for meeting interesting and enterprising people in both commercial and private sectors. It quickly became apparent to me that if I wanted to continue to provide the personal one to one service that I enjoyed then I would have to specialise. I noticed that most of the customers that I helped had been either refused credit by the main high street lenders or who already realised that their circumstances were not exactly straight forward. The direction that my business would take was aready mapped out for me as more and more individuals and businesses passed my details on to others and so I built my company almost exclusively on recommendations.

Both residential and commercial funding has become more and more challenging particlarly in recent times. It seems that lending criteria is changing so fast that what is appropriate today is very likely to be completely different tomorrow. Because of the volatile times in which we live it becomes more and more difficult for a prospective borrower to source finance without expert assistance. We at JPR Mortgages have contacts with all of the major lenders and many specialist lenders also. Our software links us with literally every lender in the country and all of their rates and is updated daily. We subscribe to several dedicated mortgage clubs that enable us to provide exclusive deals not available on the high street. This applies to both residential and commercial loans.

There are many ways to find suitable finance without having to just rely on the most obvious. We have specialist lenders who will provide both short and long term finance for existing businesses or new start ups. Self certification of income also schemes for those who have experienced credit problems. Completion in days rather than weeks where the situation is urgent and with decisions in principle within hours. There is finance for freehold and lease hold properties and we even have 100% mortgages for leaseholders wanting to buy the freeold of their property. There are development loans, asset finance deals, professional finance for partner buyouts or business acquisition, trade finance and residential finance for business purposes.
Whatever your financial need, if there is a lender out there who will lend the money you need we will find them for you and we will keep you informed throughout the whole process. Our customers have become friends who come back time after time and who regularly pass our details on to their friends and family.
