Hi,
We are looking for an online system to control the administration and sales of Entrepreneur School Passes.
We have found one called EventElephant([www.eventelephant.com]) which if you are holding a single evet, seems very good, allowing you to set up a website for people to register and make payment through. It also has back end reporting showing attendance for the event.
We need to have a system that can deal easily with multiple dates and venues.
We need a system that allows us to:
Create a custom website / payment page that people can register and purchase tickets for multiple venues and multiple dates through, e.g: 5th August Chelmsford, 6th August London, 8th September Reading, etc.
The system needs to show the price of each event seperatly (£17.50 per evening) and allow this price to be shown from the start
We would like to be able to write a description of Entrepreneur School on the front page with links through to show the details of previous speakers, events, etc
The system should have robust back end reporting that allows us to download attendance reports for each date/venue/future events
We would like to be able to enter optional/custom registration fields for people when they book tickets
We would like to be able to enter custom keyword for Google search, etc
A facility to create custom emails, name bagdes and other ad hoc reporting, downloads would be a great advantage!
We do not have the time or resources for a system to be created from scratch so an existing online system (along the lines of Event Elephant) would have to be the way forward.

Thanks for giving me the details Janie. Now I'm back from my hols ( ) I'll definately be in contact with them!
I think that a robust system to assist in the administration of ES will greatly help and improve the whole of ES for both the team here at Mi and our members who attend!
If anyone else has any suggestions for either event mangement systems, or ways of streamlining our existing process based on events they have been to (either previous ES events or other networking events) please, let me know!
