About Me

After over 15 years as a senior manager in large organisations, I formed my own coaching company. I worked in Financial Services and Telecommunications for most of my career, with companies such as Norwich Union, Swinton and Telewest. My last corporate role was Head of Coaching for O₂ where I led a team of over 250 coaches across four sites, supporting the development of over 6,000 advisors.

I've trained hundreds of people how to coach and am an Associate Certified Coach with the International Coach Federation. I'm also a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach..

I'm passionate about introducing coaching to people who have never experienced it and love seeing people take charge in their own lives and careers as a result of the work we do together.

ID Coaching Ltd is a coaching and coaching skills training organisation. We've just entered our second year of trading.

We provide professional executive coaching to business leaders who want to take their performance/company to a higher level. We rarely work with companies or people in crisis – most of our work is with thriving, successful companies/people who want to achieve even more. The coaching is delivered over the telephone allowing maximum flexibility for our clients. This also enables us to work with clients throughout the whole of the UK, and we have also worked with clients in Europe and North America. Face to face coaching can be quoted for on request.
