What is JRL Solutions?

JRL Solutions Ltd is an Incorporated Private Limited company under the Companies Act 1985. JRL Solutions Ltd provides Consultancy Advice and Training in occupational health, hygiene and safety to solve a wide range of issues for client organisations. The company operates throughout the United Kingdom and Worldwide.

The company was formed because it recognised that businesses and organisations needed realistic and practical Solutions to problems. They wanted solutions to their problems and not just to be left with more problems! JRL Solutions Ltd is able to provide solutions because it is underpinned by real experience, in every degree of risk management, gathered through working in the field for nearly 40 years, supported by the highest professional qualifications and associations. We will not provide solutions that we have not ourselves experienced.

Corporate Manslaughter

The Corporate Manslaughter and Corporate Homicide Act introduces a new offence, which will prosecute organisations where there has been a gross failure to manage health and safety effectively.
It came into effect on 6th April 2008.
